We start as affordable and sustainable as possible using as much of what you already have as we can. From there we’ll plan, source, stage and arrange.
We do small, cosmetic repairs that make a big difference in the way your space looks. Patching, caulking, hardware, faucets and light fixtures. Show us around and we’ll provide suggestions for little upgrades that go a long way.
When you know the look or feeling but aren’t sure what it’s called or where to find it, we can help. We’ll discover your taste, budget and functionality to source the piece that feels just right. We don’t just look at fabric stores or trade partners. We’ll hunt everywhere including Wayfair, Home Goods and antique stores!

We provide thoughtful, personalized decluttering services. We sort, organize and donate and offer payment on site for select antique or vintage housewares and decor. We work with you one-on-one, having an eye for sophisticated simplicity and a method that is realistic and compassionate. Our flat rate for decluttering is $200 for 3 hours. Discounted pricing applies for multiple sessions. We offer convenient, flexible scheduling, including weekends.
Idlewild founder, Brittany Hoban is a former painter for film and television. Trained by Hollywood scenic artists in Atlanta, New Orleans, and Los Angeles, she’s bringing her cinematic eye to home interiors.
Our approach is personal and client-centered, with rates starting at $45 per hour (+ cost of paint and materials) and flexible scheduling. We’re insured. We provide professional quality painting that fits both your vision and budget.
Sometimes you just need a fresh pair of eyes. We offer on site consultations to help you make clear, confident decisions about your home. Whether it’s choosing the right paint color, solving an awkward space, or creating a simple, doable game plan for your interiors. Our consult fee is $100 for a visit, walk through your space, talk through your goals, and leave you with practical direction you can act on immediately. If you choose to move forward with us, the consultation fee is applied to your services.
